I am an attorney barred in new york city, attended columbia law and graduated in 07’ with a background in finance, financial law, bankruptcy law, and bullshit detection. I work at a large New York Firm.
I have a deep interest in distributed systems, as well as arbitration and FAST dispute resolution. I find lawyers are too expensive and find courts are far too expensive venues for resolution of most financial disputes faced by many people. I want to help. I charge NO fee for consultation. I am eager to get involved in online arbitration. I have previously sought involvement in http://judge.me/ however , as a centralized website this was of no use. Numerous forums for arbitration exist around the world and each one must be domiciled and abide by local jurisdictional rules. local arbitration venues all have their own websites as a ‘face’. there was never any hope of centralization of arbitration using the web until now. With p2p blockchainment——a transaction chain can integrate a commitment for arbitration. it’s as if the arbitrators signed blessing is integrated into the blockchain. Amazing right!? Let’s hope this succeeds for the sake of human beings all over the world, to put lawyers and judges out of business, or at least, give them a run for their money.
My fees are what both parties agree to pay at the time they choose me, either 0% or 3%. For zero percent I will commit at least 90 minutes of my personal time to resolve your dispute, and I will agree to listen to both parties personal recorded testimony. Alternately, for 3% i will engage in pre-established agreed upon arbitration protocols, or I will establish my own protocol allowing for submission of arguments, counterarguments/objections, and a final round of summary.
Rest assured, I will commit as much time as in necessary for me to make a fair decision for ANY work I do , regardless of fees.
As this service is still in its infancy, I will not waste further time describing my services other than to say , I am flexible and direct and willing to work with you. I do have a dayjob however and my time IS valuable to me.
