A simple fee of 0.5%, no minimum, no maximum. In the event of a dispute, I will contact both parties and follow this simple process:

1. If either party fails to make contact within 72 hours of start of arbitration, I will default to the other party.
2. Both parties must provide any and all information about the transaction that they can including receipts, pictures of product/shipping labels, tracking information, etc. I may also request personal contact information to call and speak in person with each party.
3. Whichever party I choose to side with, I will write up a full explanation of the decision for both parties records.
