I will only touch disputes where all parties disclose their legal identities to me in the event of a dispute. If one party refuses to reveal their identity, I will rule in favour of the other party by default. This is a point of principle.

My fee structure is as follows: 10% of the value of the dispute I am expected to arbitrate, with minimum of 0.1 BTC. Fees are payable before arbitration begins.

Parties may opt for a deeper arbitration process for complex cases, with fees dependent on the complexity of the situation. This is expected to be negotiated post-facto.

I reserve the right to refuse arbitration services after-the-fact. Those who wish me to pre-commit to arbitrating a particular transaction before it goes ahead will send me details of the case plus 1% of transaction value. This fee is non-refundable if, on receipt of these details, I consider the case to be unsuitable for my arbitration services.

I will typically arbitrate within one week of a dispute arising, usually less.

I will not arbitrate disputes for matters which are illegal in any of the jurisdictions involved, and if I suspect criminal intent, will report to the relevant authorities.

I am well known for my humanitarian work, which serves as a basic credential of my intentions.

I maintain rather close ties to the State in my professional life, and should not be misconstrued as an activist arbitrator.
