Terms of Dealing

You understand that if I request info in the event of a dispute you must submit accurate info, to the best of your knowledge. In the event that I uncover significant proof against your ID submission, I will automatically, without any further discussion, give the funds to the other party (in the event of a dispute).

ID’s will only be requested if there is a dispute in a transaction and the sum of the transaction exceeds $100. If the transaction exceeds $1000, you must seek a party to perform ID verification prior to using me.

I reside in Michigan, however I do all middlemen services under the LLC “Snap Studio Design LLC”. Any services offered are through that LLC.
