I’m a Graphic Designer and a Lighting Technician based in Canada. Although my passion and work on the side is developing CEC systems (controlled environment, closed-loop system) to grow food. I have been active in the cryptocurrency community since early 2014.

I want to establish myself as a reliable arbiter as I see it as a critical component for the success of decentralized online trade.

Arbitration

Please contact me before executing any deal/making transactions. This will provide me with context and make me a better judge if required. If there is no approval in advance I may refuse to be the arbitrator when the time comes.

• I will not be party to any deal that violates laws in any of the relevant jurisdictions, this includes my own.

• In the case of a dispute, all participants must be responsive via email within 48hrs. Video chat and other communication methods may be used when necessary. Unresponsive or non-compliant parties will likely be ruled against.

• Parties in dispute are required to provide evidence of their claims.

• My ruling is legally binding, final, and not subject to appeal.

• I am not legally liable for anything resulting from my role as a trust agent.
