Terms should be clearly stated and agreed upon by both parties first.
The best work-flow would be:

1. Email me the desired terms with the other party CCed.
2. The second party responds with “I accept” or amended terms.
3. Back and forth until I have a clear “I accept” from both parties.
4. Start the transaction on www.bitrated.com.
5. In the event of a dispute, I will use the terms to reach a decision. In the event of a scenario not covered by the terms, I will sign the funds back to the source who should then send me my fee.

At this time, the payment of the fee will be voluntary.

Pledge:

I believe that there is a great future for Bitcoin. The ability to encode contracts that are both public and enforceable into the block chain will hugely change the way all aspects of society function. But, first, the community has to establish some pillars of trust. I have no desire to defraud or take sides. If you would like more information than I have provided here before selecting me as arbitrator on your contracts, feel free to send me an email, text message, or give me a call.

None. I am willing to act as arbitrator on transactions of any size. This may change if the dispute volume grows too large.
